Pricing of our call handling service
Like your mobile phone tariff, there is a fixed monthly fee with a number of inclusive messages.
Our pricing structure is designed to offer straightforward pricing based on the number of messages we send to you each month.
What happens if I go over my tariff?
We understand that it can be hard to predict how busy you business will be and that’s why:
- we offer a 30 day free trial so we can give you a realistic expectation of cost before any commitment
- we can backdate your monthly tariff during your first 3 months of service so you are on the most economical tariff for you
We only charge for calls that result in us either sending a message to you or transferring a caller to you; we don’t charge for wrong numbers, calls where no message was left, sales calls and other unsolicited calls.
