Remote Reception

Remote Reception ensures that all your incoming calls are answered and handled correctly no matter how many calls you receive. Working as either your main receptionist or complementing your own reception staff as a ‘overflow’ service, our operators will answer your incoming calls and direct them to the correct person in your business just as you would expect an in-house receptionist to.

The caller’s contact details and message will then be sent to the relevant person by email or text message.
