Remote Reception ensures that all your incoming calls are answered and handled correctly no matter how many calls you receive.  Working as either your main receptionist or complementing your own reception staff as a 'overflow' service, our operators will answer your incoming calls and direct them to the correct person in your business just as you would expect an in-house receptionist to.

Each call is answered with your own company's greeting and then directed to the relevant person within your business.  We can manage calls for an unlimited number of individuals or departments within your business.Each call will be introduced and offered to the relevant person.  If they are unable to take the call or would prefer not to be interrupted, our operators will return to the caller and take a message instead.   The caller's contact details and message will then be sent to the relevant person by email or text message.

Remote Reception is not limited to fielding calls for staff who are office based; we can also transfer calls to any mobile phone number so that you and your staff are always able to take important calls.
